Welcome to DigiWire. By using our services at digiwire.ai and reply.digiwirehub.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

DigiWire is operated by Tapti Tech Digital Media Works Private Limited Digital Media Works Private Limited (CIN: U72900MP2022PTC061318). We provide two services: DigiWire Quick Review QR & NFC Cards, and DigiWire Auto Reply.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DigiWire services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

2. Description of Services

DigiWire Quick Review: Physical QR codes and NFC cards that help businesses collect Google reviews from customers.

DigiWire Auto Reply: An AI-powered platform that automatically responds to Google Business reviews on behalf of business owners.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must own or have legal permission to manage the Google Business account you connect
• You are responsible for all replies posted via our platform
• You must not use our service to post fake, misleading, or spam reviews
• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service and review policies
• You must keep your login credentials secure

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use DigiWire to:

• Post fake or incentivized reviews
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or business
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to manipulate Google's review system
• Use our service for any illegal purpose

5. Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as per selected plan
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• No refunds after service activation except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

7. Google API Usage

DigiWire Auto Reply uses Google Business Profile API. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access your business reviews and post replies. This access can be revoked at any time. We are not responsible for changes in Google's API policies that may affect service functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

All DigiWire content, logos, and software are owned by Tapti Tech. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

DigiWire is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Any changes in Google's review policies or API availability
• Loss of reviews or business due to service interruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Actions taken by Google on your business account

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services including Google APIs.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
