3. Google OAuth & Business Profile Access

DigiWire Auto Reply uses Google OAuth 2.0 to access your Google Business Profile. By connecting your account, you authorize us to:

• Read reviews posted on your Google Business Profile
• Post replies to reviews on your behalf
• Access your business location information

You can revoke this access at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing DigiWire Auto Reply.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on secure servers in India
• We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission
• Access tokens are stored securely and never shared
• We do not sell your data to any third parties

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Google APIs: To fetch reviews and post replies on your behalf
• OpenAI: Review text is sent to generate AI replies (anonymized)
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or government authorities

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days. Review history may be retained for up to 90 days for compliance purposes.
